The manager were kind of rude, started of being nice at first but went 180' when they realise I was not gonna take the service they were recommending for my car. Bullcrap Edwin!

I had a tire that was going flat. I could not get the tire off due to the previous tire shop that put it on. It was around 4:30pm on a Sunday and most tire places were shutting down or cutting off service. Firestone was booked like all the rest but told me to bring it in and they would get it in. They came through, I had to buy new lug nuts because they were destroyed in the process of taking them off. However it could have been much much worse. They handled this efficiently and got me on the road again. Much gratitude to you guys!
