Small group classes daily in Kettlebell, TRX, Sandbag, Tires, Sledge Hammer, Indian Club, Body Weight Exercises, Battlerope, and other Unconventional Training. Also offering Sports Specific Training for athletes one-on-one or small group training with a personal trainer. A great way to burn 800-1000 calories while performing strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility exercises.
