I want to take a minute to express how well the manager handled a minor mix-up on an order that required no cheese on a steak sub for my sister.  She was steaming mad when she found the cheese on the sub after arriving home after making a request to not have cheese on it as it can be very serious for her health.  The manager really did handle the order very well once I called him and asked for a replacement to be delivered immediately.  Well, he did exactly that.  An AMAZING save was made and he helped my sister by sending out a replacement sub literally within 16minutes and 30 seconds from the time I hung up to the time the new sub came to the house.  My sister was very impressed and we promise to keep our business with you simply because of the way you handled everything.  The manager spotted the issue, corrected it and did a great job correcting it.  I am very happy and will recommend this store!   I wish more people would take the time to turn a tough situation around.  I promise it will make you more business in the long run.  Obviously that manager knows how important it is.   Please let him know he is doing a good job. Thank you.

Everytime I order from this place they mess up my order, forget something I ordered, and the last time I placed an order delivered me someone else’s food. After calling the restaurant I all but had to argue with the person over the phone to have them remake and redeliver my order. After paying over $22 and almost 3 hours of waiting, I finally received 2 lukewarm subs with burnt bread, cold fries, and two pepsi sodas (which should have been a Sierra Mist and Dr. Pepper). 

Don’t wast your money or time on this place. They’re the worst!

Received some pick-up special coupons. Called to place my order, the person answered seemed extremely disinterested as I ordered a large half cheese-half pepperoni pizza. Went to pick it up, the girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge the fact I came into the store, or try to get another employee to help us. Eventually, someone else came up and asked what we wanted. We told them what we ordered, to find out they made us a full pepperoni pizza. Just wanting to eat at this point, I said it would be fine. However, the pizza was good.

Food is usually pretty good! Highly recommend to hire a new delivery guy who has somewhat of a common sense. (Delivery man ruined it!) again good food!
