This place is cool with the service  and the pizza is good. But im sad to give it a 2 because the guy whom delivered my pizza  literally told me its 6 miles from my house which is a lie because its 3.9 miles on google give or take. It is one closer but i dont always want to order from there. Didnt know 2 miles made a difference. And i would give them 3 but i literally tipped him before he said what he said so it is what is. If you live in between two pizza bolis your better off with the non reisterstown one. Also id like to say i order from pizza palace across the street no problem. ( Maybe a better alternative.) for this area.

In a fast paced food business im thankful for the service & food this place delivers & dont hold grudges for an order takers mistake like a couple ppl on here, a business consists of many personalities & most importantly the food is delicous & service is quick

This store doesn't deserve any star! They should be shut down. 
I have been a very long time customer. 
NOT NO MORE! 
Here's why... I ordered 2 sub, 2 fries and 2 soda deal on 9/16/2016 and paid $18.26. 
Our order was messed up, stuff on our sandwich that we specifically told them we did not want. Hots, tomatoes, wrong kind of cheese. Asked for extra cheese on the other sub. I called the manager, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He wanted to bring duplicate order that night, I didn't want to inconvenience him so he said he'd put a credit in the book and our next order would be free. I've had issues here before and have always been able to work things out. 
Tonight I stopped in to take my credit on what was promised. Upon entering the store, I asked for the manager so I could explain the situation. A different mgr. was working and claims he had no record of the credit owed. Imagine that!
Further explanation ensued and I showed him record of the phone call from my phone. He became argumentative and only offered to give me one sandwich for free. 
That's not right. He even had the audacity to say he was familiar with me and accused me of always trying to get free food. That is so far from the truth. I just want what I paid for and the way I ordered it. Not a BIG mouth cashier that had
NO business being in the conversation to begin with. And NO argument from the manager.
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? and courteous service? 
All I  got was threatened he was going to call police. REALLY?

When Nida took my order she was very patient and outgoing, I appreciated the customer service.
The driver was just as kind and patient.
The food was quick to get here, and delicious.
I would most definitely order here again!

The workers here are super rude. I was trying to ask him to repeat my order and was asked do I want it or not . First of all u need to b more professional and respectful. You don't even deserve this one star .
