Called today at 10:10 PM. Store closes at 11 PM. Was given a big attitude by Raven, said to be manager, for wanting to order a couple pizzas. I told her my last ordered was missing an ingredient. I paid for pinnapple and never got it. My pizza had only two toppings.. They missed one. Couldn't call the day of due to the store was closed. Raven was confrontational and arguementative. At the point there was nothing she could do. Refuse to fix the issue and complains how she works 7 days... I informed her this has nothing to do with her but I do expect the missing ingredient to either be reinbursed or added. She continue to argue some more and I just hung up. Poor customer service to the max! Train them better and raise your standards! They've lost a loyal returning customer, who buys twice every week.. spending $40-50 each time.

It was 10:20 pm and I called 4 times. The first time they picked up but kept me waiting because their whole crew was busy. I waited 5 min but got impatient so I hung up and called again. After calling them 3 more times which they didnt pick up at all I got tired and ordered rosatis.

This place is awesome, don't listen to the other people. See for me I had trouble using the bathroom. and if your like me always struggling to go. Well all you have to do is go to this Pizza Hut. and I guarantee it in 45 minutes or less you're going to be rushing to the bathroom.

I'd give a zero. Ordered last night. Delivery time 5:50, called at 6, where's my order it's 10 minutes late? "It's on its way be there in a few minutes." 15 minutes later I call. Where's my order? "Its on it's way be there in a few minutes." At that point I snap. I say bring the pizza I'll heat it up. I want a credit. Manager ARGUES with me that I was offered fresh pizza and declined. No I don't need to wait about hour for pizza. Pizza comes. It had been dropped or fell over. COLD. And not even cooked all the way. Pan pizza was doughy and mushy. It was so awful. Due to the "managers" communication with me where she was actually yelling at me and talking over me I've called corporate.
