I had to wait 15mins for my food but it was worth the wait.Food was Delicious.

The first time I ordered here is got delivery. They told me an hour, which I thought was ridiculous because they are not even 2 miles away. The delivery didn't show up until 4 hours later after I even called several times and finally to cancel. They said he was on his way every time. I decided next time to go there in person. The service was sub-par to say the least as they were joking and carrying on while I was waiting to order. This time is the last straw. I went and ordered from the drive thru. I ordered and paid for 2 gyros and found only one when I got home. The catfish nuggets still had the bones and scales on them.... I wanted to give this place a chance since everyone had such nice things to say about it, but I'm done. I will no longer give them my business and will recommend that no one else eat there.

Placed a order and the girl got it completely wrong, but the owner hooked me up. He sent the correct order & let me keep the food they gave me so I guess it's worth the $25 I spent. Thank you oh I'm looking for a job if you need to replace anyone (hint hint).

They have good customer service, the food is cooked fresh to order, and they even give you bottle water or free samples of frozen drinks while you wait!

I called in my order arriving 25 mins after (5 mins longer to give them extra time) and my order still wasnt ready. After paying i waited another 20 mins for my order to come up which sat in the back once they finally did cook it fir an extra 15 mins with my total experience amounting to an hour or so wasted on now old luke warm fries and room temperature chicken which my four kids were waiting impatiently for on a school night. When i finally lost my cool and asked them to produce my order i wad told by the cashier that both took my phone order and my in person payment that I should have reminded someone about my food. When i called and asked to speak to a manager i was volleyed around by the order front personnel to avoid a manager and promised a fake $10 discount on my next order... Terrible. And its not the first time. And as a side note several orders were returned and refused as waited for my hour long terribly prepared food that i phoned in @ 7 and recieved at 810... Just up the street is RJs. They suck too... But the lesser of two evils maybe?
