I occasionally come here especially for Wednesday night buffet with my family. I like the food. It's simple but good. All you can eat pizza and salad bar. Sometimes I order online for their special promotions. I'm not a picky person but like I said the food is good.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I spent a lot of money when I ordered online and they delivery was extremely late. I tried calling for a while couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. The quality of the food was horrible. If they expect good business they need to offer better services!!! Completely unacceptable

Waited 5-10 minutes to be seated before we were even acknowledged....only 3 tables being used, pretty empty. Finally got seated and sat for another 10 min and table seated well after us got drinks orders taken first. There are 6 people workinh that I can see, only one waitress and she was not visible for the first 20 minutes we were here, I'd hate to see a busy time.

It's Pizza Hut. You can get way better pizza at 100 places in WNY, but the lunch buffet is quick and easy during the week when you have to get back to work. I will say that the staff at this one is particularly friendly and attentive. I've been going here since I was a kid in the 80's.

Always loved pizza hut will continue to always love pizza hut. Customer service needs a little work. At times seem very unorganized
