Our pizza and garlic knots were made to perfection and were hot and ready when we picked them up. Everything was delicious and the people that work there were very nice.

I recommend ordering online and carrying out. My pizza is always perfect and ready within 20 minutes.

Best pizza hut service I've seen. Always get my order right, correct issues if there's any with the internet system, friendly staff who makes an effort to get to know you, and quick carryout and delivery.

If I could rate below a 1 star I would. Unacceptable how they don't care about the delivery drivers or any of the customers.

Yep. This particular Pizza Hut is notoriously bad, and everyone in the neighborhood knows it. It's been fantastically inconsistent for years. Sometimes you'll call and they will hang up. If you order for delivery, do not be at all surprised if it takes over three hours and shows up as a cold mess. Some of the employees have told us that they are chronically understaffed. It's Pizza Hut. Same product. But there is something seriously wrong in the way this particular one is managed. I do not blame the employees. I blame the owners and management. There is something chronically screwed up over there. About once a year we're like...uh...Pizza Hit sounds good, should we try them again? And...lo and behold! The same horrible situation ensues! It usually takes us a year for the memory to fade enough to try again. I am shocked really that it somehow manages to stay open.
