THe worst experience I’ve ever had!  Pizza took 2 hours.  I called 3 different times to check on pizza and each time they had a different story. I even got transferred to a supervisor of Pizza Hut Corp and she said “yeah, people make mistakes!”  She also asked why I was upset with her. I was never apologized to or given anything for such a delay. Pizza finally arrived and the driver apologized and the pizza is fine. Not sure I would ever order from them again. I will be calling corporate in the morning along with inspection.

I ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight.  It arrived five minutes earlier than I was told it would be delivered.  I ordered extra cheese just to test whether this restaurant would put it on because most Pizza Huts don't.  It was nice to see they actually did put on extra.  It was delivered hot with lots of toppings.  The only problem was I ordered one pizza with a pretzel crust, and it came plain.  There was a price adjustment on my bill though, so that could be why.  I would definitely order from here again.

I have ordered from here three times, and the pizza is always done as ordered.  They have had plenty of toppings and lots of cheese each time.   This Pizza Hut puts more cheese on their pizzas than any other in town. And they have each been delivered on time or early.  This is a good place.

Terrible service. I was on hold over ten minutes,  then decided to order on line. After 70 minutes i called to ask about my order, the guy wouldn't let me speak and put me on hold. Pizza was delivered over 40 minutes late, no call no apology. Told them the Pizza was no longer needed.

The first time I ordered from this location I thought I was ordering from the old 26th street location: however, the staff taking phone orders that night neglected to mention the had moved locations.  I drove to the new location (which was quite out of my way) only to discover they had given my pizza to another customer.  The gentleman at the counter barely apologized and told me the customer who mistakenly took my pizzas was on there way back so I could retrieve my order at that time.  Ridiculous.  Even with the 20% discount they offered, I don't think that's an acceptable option for any customer.  The second and last time I ordered pizza from this location I ordered extra cheese  and could see the sauce though the "extra cheese" on both pizzas.  The breadsticks looked like some topping had been tossed over the top of dry breadsticks and the taste confirmed that was most likely the case.  When I called to voice my dissatisfaction with this order (I never called about the previous ordeal) I was told the manager was too busy to talk.  Then, only after I told the gentleman I spoke with SEVERAL TIMES how certain I was that I had not gotten what I ordered and paid for, did he begrudgingly offer a $10 credit on my account.  If you are looking for good food OR good service, stick to any of the other Pizza Hut locations.
