Best Deal Around!! I ordered 8 pizzas in the last two days online $7.99, for a party Sat. and then football Sunday. All the pizza's where thick, crusty and cooked to perfection with a nice combination of cheese and sauce. I got everything from plain cheese, peperoni, my favorite sausage and peppers, chicken n spinach. The service from Christine was great and on time. Thank you Pizza Hut!!

The pizza was fine. Actually pretty good. But the location was really really tiny and smelled weird, not exactly appetizing. Also there were no tables anywhere to be found which left us eating in the car like a couple of slobs.

We waited 2 hours from the time we put in the order until the pizza was delivered! We called Pizza Hut 4 times; first an hour after the order was placed, then again 3 more times until two hours had passed from the time we put in the order. We said "Please ring the door bell" on the order but the delivery person did not do that. We saw a few cars come and go by our apartment but nobody stepped out of their car and at 10 pm on a weekend, a car stopping outside could be anyone. Finally, 2 hours later, the delivery person arrived. He took an attitude, said he called us but there was no missed call or a voicemail on my phone. He then asked why we didn't come down when we saw cars by the apartment. Well, first, we usually don't wait by the window for our pizza as we have a door bell but we did start looking out the window roughly an hour after we placed the order. Second, I am not going to run down to every car that stops by the apartment building in case it is the pizza delivery who is supposed to deliver the pizza to the door, or that is what they advertise. Also, none of the cars we saw had a pizza hut logo. He said he does not have to have a logo on his car, which kinda answers his question, I am not walking up to unmarked cars around 10pm to see if it could be the pizza that is supposed to be delivered. So instead of ringing our door bell like the order says or even getting out of the car, he just left, and only returned when we called to ask about our pizza. When he returned, the pizza was lukewarm. The service at this Pizza Hut branch is very up and down. We have had to wait roughly an hour before, we have received a cold pizza before, but sometimes the pizza actually gets here within 40 minutes. Overall, their service has been very unreliable and this evening's interaction was rather unpleasant.

Disgusting customer service, delivery times and quality of food. Order came 1h after it first said it was out for delivery, soggy and barely hot, with one item missing. Delivery boy clearly knew the order was wrong and was acting very sketchy, but since we didn't notice until we got the food inside we had to go through the trouble of trying to call the store itself, which just hung up constantly on us. 0/10 customer service. Used to be a regular, will be switching to DOMINOS now. Not worth the hassle for what you get.

Delivery time take forever to get here plus my pizza was cold I call that store and they told that was imposible that my pizza was cold
