RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I Will NEVER order food from this place ever again!  Let me start by saying I never had a problem with their food or service in the past.  Well NEVER AGAIN!   I placed an order through Grub Hub and the delivery service was good but the steak and cheese was horrible!  The steak was beyond dry,over cooked, black and basically looked like the meat was sitting out for hours!  I felt like they put old meat on a new bun and delivered it to me! 

When I called to discuss the issue the lady was rude and argumentative with me over $6.00.   The sub cost was $9.00 and they gave me a 3.00 discount.  The same lady told me it was the type of steak and it wasn’t burnt.  Well it doesn’t take a genius to know what burnt and old food tastes like.  When I started to tell her about the service, food, etc... she hung on me!  I called right back and she didn’t answer.  I then received a call back from her stating the only way I will get my money back is if the driver picks up the sandwich and at this point they can keep their $6.00!  The same lady tried to tell me I ate the sandwich....I have  ZERO interest in trying to scam a fast food spot for a free sandwich!  (I wish saved the sandwich but I refuse to go dig in my garbage). Lesson learned next time take a picture of the food!  Moving forward they will never receive my business again for her horrible service!

There was a older guy at the counter 
Giving me a attitude cause I'm paying with a debit card 
Like why are you mad it's 2018
Plus even though you charging me .80 cent for the transaction 
And when I receive my slice 
It was like it been there from the day before and they just spreade the cheese on it 
And it looks nasty 
For a place to stay in bussiness they need to have better customer service 
I would never buy pizza there and I'm gonna tell all my friend at jwu not to bother with them

Juicy pizza. Reminded me of the little pizza joints in NY city. Nice location too!!

They have the best chicken kabob salad and last night I tried the steak salad, it was just as good if not better. Pizza is really good too

That place is trash, disgusting  , I bought two slices of buffalo chicken, it tasted like dried bread! She just thrown it on the counter to me! I thought she known that she was doing me nasty.
