Waitress was friendly, everything was downhill from there. Witnessed 2 orders of cheesy bread sticks messed up. 1 order " not cooked right" which was coming to our table and another hitting the floor coming out of the oven. 1 of our pizzas , a stuffed crust was thinner than a cardboard box. And paying at the checkout was a chore when splitting up the bill with another couple and the cashier not being able to figure out bill, tax , or change with a calculater in hand. Certainly not the standards we are used to when we go go Pizza Hut. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want to leave hungry and frustrated.

We order pizza from here pretty often and even though there have been a couple times where our order wasn't quite right, the staff has always made it a point to fix any issues. Delivery is always on time, and picking up the food is usually ready faster than expected.

Ordered a $10 box tonight at 8:30 1/9/17 and they didn't put the marinara sauce and frosting in it. I won't eat the bread or cinnamon sticks without the sauces for them. They wanted me tot wait for the driver to go on his next delivery to deliver those to me while my food got cold. Pizza hut lets customers eat cold food for their own mistake. I justed wanted the sticks replaced. My roommate and I split it and he ate the pizza. The manager laughed at me also. Very disrespectful.

Recently they weren't able to keep up with the abundance of online orders and a 15 minute wait turned into a nearly hour long wait.
