Ordered online. Waited over an hour and a half and still no sign of delivery. I called Pizza Hut and they apologized, said it was on its way. Another hour and a half passes and still NO pizza. So, I call back...same thing, they apologized and say it is on its way. 15 minutes later the pizza finally gets here. It was so cold and soggy we couldnt eat it. Just flat out disgusting. So I emailed corporate, three days later i receive an email apologizing and telling me that my local Pizza Hut will be contacting me to may it right. Yeah okay😂 I have yet to hear from them. If your wanting good, hot pizza save yourself a headache and just order Domino's.

I ordered 2 two topping pizzas thin crust, on 10/24 for delivery online.
To start, the online ordering functions would not allow me to complete the order. I called the store in question, was connected to a call center in Kansas. 
That was fixed, the delivery was fine, the pizza sucked. The crust overcooked on edges like burnt cardboard. The toppings, mushroom and green pepper had a serious process flavor. Had part of one piece, threw both away. 
Tombstone or Red Barron would have been better choices.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ve lived in Georgetown for years and used to love this Pizza Hut but the last several times I’ve been it’s been 2 hours MINIMUM for food and every time it’s been wrong. I’ve ordered delivery waited 2 hours then changed it to carry out gone to pick up my food just for it too be wrong, old, or gross. I’m not a monster but the people there are not so bright so when you call in put aside at least 15 minutes and expect half of your brain cells to commit suicide. Save your time and your brain cells and just go to dominoes.

Ordered carryout, wait time was hiven of 50-60 minutes. No problem until I went to pick it up. Drive thru line was long, so went inside. Waited 10 minutes before anyone even asked my name. Could not find my order even after showing the cashier my confirmation email. Was told they would process order but could possibly be 30 more minutes. Which I did not think would be possible considering the long lines already. Was told Sorry, which was the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one.....

We ignored the horrible reviews and ordered here because it was the only place that was open at 11pm that delivered. Do yourself a favor... go to bed hungry.  This place is miserable.  The app stated the pizza would be delivered in approx. 25 minutes. After multiple calls and generic excuses, we finally got our pizza an hour and a half later and it was barely room temperature.  I know you are still wanting food and are getting desperate. You want to ignore these reviews, but trust me... go to bed hungry. It's a much better choice.
