I've been here a few times, and each time the service is poor and the drinking glasses feel dirty. The first time I came, the staff seemed uninterested and service was slow. I attributed this to the fact that they were very busy and seemingly understaffed, so I didn't think much of it. But the next couple of times, we were one of the only people there and our experience was the same; slow, rude, and dirty. I continue to come here only because my husband adores Pizza Hut. Otherwise I'd never bother with this place.

Maryanne clearly has no management experience in the food industry, the female I spoke to after a cold pizza was clearly overwhelmed and also not fitted to the responsibility of the position. Get better staff and training and you will get better results

Ordered 2 8-pieces of wings, they said it would take about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later the server comes out and asks if I've been helped. I give her my name and she goes and gets my order. I drive home, and see that they only gave me one 8-piece. I drive all the way back and while i am there I see a staff member and a customer in a loud argument. I ignore them and wait my turn. I ask the server about my wings, and she says they have to make them. So I wait another 10 minutes and they finally bring my wings. Overall, the wings are okay, but certainly not worth it when you have to deal with this kind of service. 2\10, would not eat again.

Pizza was great, buffet was great, wait staff were helpful and kept our drinks full.

Convenient, good service. Only complaint is sometimes skimpy on the toppings
