Went to pick up a pizza and they forgot to make it!!! Josh and Kyle managers on site were rude and hung up on me when o called back. Worthless crew of people and are rude and a disgrace to the pizza hut franchize. That's pretty bad!!

10 STARS!!! I ordered 24 Medium Wings a few weeks ago and was granted a $10 credit because they we're out of Medium Buffalo Sauce. I decided to cash in on that today by ordering 48 Medium Wings. When the delivery man arrived, he repeated the order as 48 Boneless Medium Wings, which was unfortunately incorrect as I can't do the breading on the Boneless Wings (this was an innocent mistake on the part of the order taker). The delivery man was very polite and apologetic, and rushed away to correct the mistake. A relatively short time later, he arrived with 48 steaming-hot Medium Bone-In Wings and informed me that I wasn't being charged a dime as they felt the entire process wasn't done in a timely manner (although that's debatable, as I understand that mistakes happen). I'm incredibly happy with the level of customer service, customer appreciation, and perfect respect executed by the evening team working April 1st, especially the incredibly polite and respectful delivery man, and will be recommending this location to all of my friends. In a time when professional integrity is scarce, it's so refreshing to be treated so well and cared for so attentively. This experience brightened up my week in a way that continues to surprise me. Very well done, Pizza Hut.
