Great service. The Latino lady did a great job. And the pizza was delicious. This establishment is a model to follow for all other pizza joints. 5 stars all day!

The customer service was not great. We had to leave the place because it took too long for them to get us our food. The manager was not very helpful. They always had bad service but today was the worst we had. I never had to leave a place unexpectedly but the service was that bad.

Horrible service. Lady had her kids at work while working. And served us like we were interrupting her JOB. I have never had this bad of service in gallup. Ridiculious..

Was not crowded. The food was pretty good. Our waiter was absolutely not friendly, she looked like she did not care to be there. I failed to catch her smile once. The parking for this place is too crowded. The spaces are limited. To make it worse, there was a street vendor set up in the parking lot, which took over 3 spaces! It was annoying. Moreover, the cashier who helped us was very rude. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He failed to help us when we asked to split the check. All he said was he didn't know how to do that and gave us a werid look. Overall, being Pizza Hut, the food was good, but the staff were terrible!
