Their GF pizza is fantastic! People re always nice and friendly there. I love the game room-the reminds me of the pizza joints I went to growing up.

We usually order our pizza from the location on Universe, and we have never had an issue. Fast friendly service and good food. Tonight however, was horrible. I called my order in and was told it would be about 10-15 minutes. I have worked in the food service industry before, so I know it usually takes longer so I gave them about 30 minutes. I got there, paid for my order, and was told it would be a few more minutes. I was ok with that, but 40 minutes later, I was getting upset. I understand it was Halloween and busier than usual, but that's not the customers fault... Finally, an hour later, I got my pizza and wings. I asked for my wings to be extra crispy which they weren't, and pizza wasn't even hot. Pretty disappointed with my visit tonight. There are alot of other pizza places around, but I really like Pizza 9. Step up your game Pizza 9, I know for a fact I was one of many upset customers tonight.
