Awesome service well made food not under done or doughy nor was it over cooked. the baked pasta was awesome almost didnt want to share it with my brother. The manager had a great attitude she was polite and seemed to enjoy her job. I would definitely recommend this location for all your pizza and pasta needs

Ordered two pizzas and an 16 CT of wings totalling $47.08, placed order at 7:10 PM at 8:40 pm I decided to call to see what was the hold up. Spoke with Devin and he informed me that my order was sent out for delivery a long while ago that my order would be free and he'd inform the driver of that. The driver finally showed at 9 saying she had to deliver to "Bentwood" not Bentwater before delivering to us when asked if it was even still warm she replied yes it's hot. Needless to say it was in fact NOT!!! It was even wrong the wings container was smashed and the wings inside were cold, had no sauce on them and we're dried out like they were very old. And the pizza was as well... Not happy at all with this experience... Now I have to watch my card to see if they actually take the order off it.... What a headache this all turned out to be on a Tuesday night, feeding my school kids dinner after 9 pm.

I'm so frustrated with this pizza hut, it's ridiculous..... I made an order on June 7 and I should've known better because every single time I order from this place late at night, my order is always horrible. My order of wings were singed beyond belief, hard as a rock and covered in the wrong flavor. I called June 8, asked for a manager, spoke with the gentleman and he said we'll credit your account and your next order is free. I called today June 24 and was on the phone over 15 minutes with a young lady named Amanda. She basically said because there was nothing on record, I could receive a 20% discount on my order but nothing free. I then asked for the owners number and immediately she said she could send the wings but NOTHING ELSE.... I told her I only asked for wings. Her voice was attitudinal and she talked to me like I was lying. I'm offended and appalled that I was handled this way. I order from here constantly and never had this problem if something was wrong. Managerial staff didn't do their job and update the granted credit and I was treated like a crook....

Had a TERRIBLE experience at the Montgomery Puzza Hut location. I had been going there for 3 years and never had a problem until now. They left out half of my order and what they DID give me was wrong. Had to drive back and get it corrected. Then I had to sit and wait for them to get the order wrong AGAIN. The employee with the dirty jeans who took my order didn't mind cursing in front of customers and even left the counter to smoke a cigarette outside. Only to return to work without washing his hands. It was a VERY terrible and unprofessional experience.
