This is a new Pizza Hut by the house which I was excited about. But every time we order they always get out order wrong. Never fails. They ask open the box to see if you are happy and always surprise surprise always wrong.

A new store that seems to keep busy all the time. Take out orders might take a little longer than competitors who specialize in take out. They have something like $2.00 draft beer that maybe appealing to those who enjoy a cold one. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Not sure why my pizzas are so mediocre when I order them, no flavored crust when i had put that down on my online order always miss that at this location, and just doesn't taste that great like it used to when I would order from other locations. Not sure if the recipe changed for their regular crust pizza but it doesn't taste the same. Also at this location it seems like they just don't care if it is to the customers liking or not they just do a sloppy job and send it off like if you mess up on something do something about it don't just cross your fingers and give it away to the paying customer hoping they wont notice. Also I have received my pizza cut in uneven slices one was the size of a deck of cards like who the heck cuts pizza like that? Seriously considering not doing business with this chain or at least at this location...

Wow they messed up on my order giving me the most plain tasting lame pizza seemed like they forgot to add the sauce. so I ended up speaking to a manager she was so dumb telling me how there wasn't a specific flavor listed online and saying a whole bunch of other nonsense... very confusing and was being rude about it too. I had to have her hold on a minute so I can go online and pull up the list of flavors which I picked from and then after I read it to her she stuttered and couldn't figure out what to say next. She sounded like she was the one with the a messed up pizza order with the type of attitude she was showing, I was literally about to snap cause she sounded like she had no clue about the online menu. I don't get why is it so difficult to get the order right, let alone make a customer happy? I understand it can get busy and things happen, but you'd think they would want their customers to return to them but it seems like the current staff they have working don't give two cents about that. Think their HR needs to consider replacing some of their prick uninformed workers there. Next time don't argue with a paying customer cause at the end of the day the customer is usually right.

This pizza hut is very nice, beautiful construction, and the food matches well the pizza I had was good, consistent as any other pizza hut, workers were nice... I almost thought I could get a steak the way the store looks, and they have clean bathrooms...
