For the second time this year this location has taken over two hours to bring a delivery order to me. Today it took them three hours and I was told that my food had been left at the store even though it showed out for delivery. When the driver finally came (at this point it had been three hours since the order was placed) he asked for payment although payment had been made online and I was assured I’d be getting a credit and the order would be free. I was also advised they only had one driver...it’s Saturday. I would be willing to overlook this if it were the first time but a few months ago our order took two hours to arrive and when it finally got to us it was cold. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this location. The customer service representative on the phone was polite which is the only reason they got one star from me

Chantal is amazing! She gave me updates on when my food would be ready and she showed me my food before I left the store. She’s very friendly and was amazing with my son!

We live 8 minutes from this location, which is why we're so frustrated about our order being 45 minutes late, cold, and soggy.  We will save ourselves time and money next time by choosing something/someplace better.

Ran by kids who seem to make every possible mistake that can be  made!  Possibly the worst 20mins of service to multiple customers that I have ever witnessed and experienced!!! Smh

Ok, so I have only had like 3 orders from here and the first 2 were great but this last one from today was absolutely horrible. Firstly, I don't like the fact that calls get directed to the call center. I feel that I get better customer service and communication from employees inside the store. So today, I call and was on the phone for 15 minutes. Now, the lady on the phone must've been new and she was having lots of technical difficulties. ALL of which are understandable. Despite the hardship she did a great job. All up until I got to the store to pay for my order. She read my order back correctly twice over the phone but it was submitted incorrectly. I did not get the pepperoni lovers with ital and bacon with lots of extra sauce like I wanted. It instead came as an ital and bacon pizza that was very very dry. No extra sauce. No pepperoni. At first I was like well she was having difficulties and it's not the stores fault. I'm also not paying any extra. I'm not going to complain. BUT THEN, my dry AF pizza with hardly any sauce on it, really left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally and figuratively. Was not enjoyable which is what I expect from Pizza Hut. You guys really dropped the ball today.
