You can tell tonight was a particularly rough night for this stores team. When I came in you could read it all over the young woman's face. She's was done. That being said I patiently waited for my order to be ready as I had gotten there early. Two boys were there who had an issue with a payment of six pizzas and I could tell the people behind the counter were aggravated they spent so much time on an order two teen boys placed and didn't pay for. As more people poured in the phones kept ringing and I get bad for these guys. Everytime I checked on my order they were polite, and very courteous. Finally I was informed my order was lost, and they couldn't find it. I didn't get the young man's name, but he found my order and brought it out. Informed me it had been sitting because he had cut it himself. I told him I didn't mind and wasn't grumpy. I understand customer service sucks. This gentleman still wanted to go the extra mile and feeling like they didn't provide adequate service he decided to refund my money for my order. I told him that wasn't necessary but he did so anyway. If that young man is reading this, thank you. You don't know the act of kindness you really did. You deserve a raise. Honestly they all do. To have that rough of a day and still try to do right by the customer through and through is a quality you don't find. That young man in particular deserves recognition. Thank you again.

Is there a zero stars option? This place was nasty. There was a dude in the back making wings without gloves and wearing a nasty ass jacket. The place was filthy. The door on the pizza fridge was broken. The pizza itself was odious. There was hardly any sauce on it and the toppings were just thrown on. The dough was borderline undercooked. Never go here!!!!

I ordered wings and cheese bread sticks. At 10:11 pm. My brother ordered food from a different place and both said it'd take about 40 minutes which I was fine with. His arrived WAY before mine. It was about 10:47 when his got there. However my food hadn't even arrived. Come 11:30, my driver finally comes and knocks on my door. Everything is fine and I'm tipping. Well, turns out they forgot my wings back at the store. So the driver rolls his eyes and mumbles something. He says "ugh, they forgot. Be right back." Turns around and drives off. I'm really disappointed in this Pizza Hut. Won't be ordering from here again.

Is there anyway I can give a half a star because this place is crazy insane. I ordered a pizza Saturday night at 9:10 it didn’t arrive until 11:45 that night and when I called to check on my order I received a busy signal for 2 hours then I called 1877pizzahut as instructed to do so by another local Pizza Hut and was connected just to find out the reason I had been waiting 3 some odd hours for 1 pizza was because they only have one driver so after finally receiving the pizza it was wet and cold and looked as if they dropped it several times I also never received a receipt or signed one for that matter I’m scared to ask what the sauce was because it was brown and gross looking then when I contacted the store the next day I received the same busy signal as before so I once again called 1877pizzahut and was connected just to be told they don’t issue refunds. So whatever I called again today they wanted the pizza back I’m confused for what whatever so I took the pizza back got a refund and I’m never going to give this place my business again sorry but not sorry. Since when was pizza so complicated I’m just saying ...

Pizza was literally cooked to the paper, could not separate the two of them. The paper was covered in burnt residue. Cheese was over an inch away from the sides on a small, while somehow still being burnt to the side of the paper. Location is also a 1 🌟.
