Horrible customer service. Normally order Papa John's, but decided to give the Hut a try. Ordered two personal pan pizzas for my kids. Turns out they had run out of dough for the personal size, so they just decided to send 1 small pizza instead. Didn't bother calling me to let me know, or to see if I wanted to change my order. Delivery driver shows up, I tell her she has the wrong order. She checks her slip, still shows 2 personal pizzas...she apologizes, says they'll make it right, maybe give me a coupon for messing up the order and goes back to the store. Comes back 10 minutes later. "My manager said that we ran out of personal pan pizza dough, so you get this pizza instead." I tell her a call would have been nice, but whatever. Ask her if I was gonna get a coupon after all or not to help make it right and she says no, the manager basically said it is what it is. From here on out, Papa John's it is.

Visiting town for business and went in alone to eat. There were 2 other tables with people at them. I was seated after waiting several minutes. One of the customers yelled in the back for someone to help me. They seated me and brought me a drink then i sat for more than 20 minutes. I got up to pay and the manager commented that I only wanted a drink. When I said I wanted to eat he said sorry we are just so busy. There were 2 servers plus him and the cooks in the restaurant. If the carry outs were busy I could not tell as nobody came in but even if they were the servers should have taken my order. Not the typical service of a pizza but but this experience was terrible.

We went there during the lunch buffet and the waitress there was extremely friendly and excited to help us in any way. Great service I would go there again for sure!

It's ok some times the salad bar does not look so fresh. And there pizza is alright. I give them 3 stars five is the highest. There is room for improvement.

Would gI've 0 stars, rude manager, wouldn't listen to my wife. We ordered one thing but manager said we never ordered stuffed crust because it cost more. But website said that refused to give us what we order without paying more. Terrible customer service.
