Every time we do an online order they claim they never recieved it so when we get there 30 minutes later we have to wait 30 more minutes.And then they are so rude after tgey made the mistake. The girl Tatiana was like all i can do is make the pizza. They could atleast gave us free cheesebread for the wait but they so cheap they won't even give you free parmesian cheese packs. I am never going back.

One of the drivers illegally drove through a merge lane, over a no-drive-zone, into a turning lane and got mad when I was legally getting into the turning lane in front of him. Actually followed me to a gas station, into the store, and was threatening to "kick my ass". Reported him to the police. Never going to order from somewhere that hires thugs for drivers.

Coming from a long time dominos customer who was tired of my order being wrong numerous times, I finally gave pizza hut a try and I must say they have earned a friend in me 😄😄

If I could give negative stars I would! My order took an hour to get to me & it was wrong. I called 2x to let the store know but no one answered. Then after a 10 min wait someone answered and still couldn't get my order right. The only option was to reorder which woul take another hour or get store credit which was not going to happen. After trying to figure out what was going on I asked for the manager. Well! I was placed on hold after 20 mins I packed up the wrong order and drove to the store with my phone still on hold. I was on hold for 30 min by the time I got to the store. Their excuse was that they were busy.....well thats not good enough. I got my refund and keeped the cookie which is what my kids ate for dinner seeing it took all most 2 hours to get this strighten out. I'll never order again!!! Don't waste your time!!!
