Don't do it! These folks are a last resort situation. Terrible service. They have very spotty service. You might get a pizza and you might not. They ALWAYS forget things and make promises they are never able to keep. Back to Jets I go. They deserve zero stars.

Today 11/29/17...They don't even deserve a star.. They are the worst! I order a pizza over 1 hour and 25 minutes and no one came to my house, so I decided to drove there 10 minutes before they close since I was calling and no one pick the phone up over 17 mins... When I got there Everyone was having a grand time.. So I ask dude what the deal with the pizza his respond was, they only have one car.. Poor customer service skill!! So I ask him back for my money and leave..My kids were so disappointed.. Never again my first time and last..

I’m only giving one star because it’s the only way I can leave a review. I’m from SC but was visiting family. I ordered my pizza and Pepsi at7:20 it did not arrive until 8:45, the estimated time was 25-30 minutes. When we got
The pizza it was cold and they forgot our drink. I called back and the shift manager who didn’t even know her store number was short and really unapologetic. I asked for a refund and for my food and my drink to be redelivered. This was at 8:48. The second pizza came at 9:55. It was also lukewarm and the Pepsi warm and scrapped up so it was obviously dropped. The cheese on the pizza wasn’t even melted. I was told the general manager would call me that night and never did. Will be following up with the general manager tomorrow and filing a complaint with corporate . UNBELIEVABLE!

I JUST GOT THE WORSE PIZZA EVER! The pizza tasted like it was half cooked. It was not cut correctly. It was supposed to be a half/half pizza, but the slices were cut uneven. When the delivery girl delivered the pizza we opened it and it looked like she had dropped it! It was all squashed over to one side of the box and the toppings were everywhere! It was cold. Very bad experience. The delivery people need to do better. And it was prepared horribly!
