I sent them a photo of the marvelous job this pizza hut in tucker ga delivered to my home...wonderful job guys it was delicious 5 stars for sure

I requested my pizzas be done at 7:20PM. I asked two separate times because I had somewhere to be at 7:30PM with the pizzas. 

I arrived at 7:18. Pizzas not done. They tell me they will be done at 7:30PM. No explanation given.

7:35 rolls around. Pizzas won't be ready for another 5 minutes because they screwed one up (why weren't they done 15 minutes earlier regardless?) 

7:44 the pizzas are FINALLY done. 24 minutes late. This whole time the staff hid in the back to avoid interacting with me and other customers. They aren't helpful or friendly.

I have Made an online order so that me and my family could enjoy pizza dinner and watching the music award. After like 30min I got a call to let me know, they couldn’t deliver because of UNSAFE zone!!! Imagine the Pizza Hut is just less than a mile to my house???? Are you kidding me ??!! Well I understood, somehow  let the guy go ahead ready and I will be there in 5 min to pick it up. I arrived within 5 min and waited at the line of another customer which is like another 5 min. Finally approached to pick my order. Here the situation the guy behind the desk he started to order and told me it will take another 20 min to make it. I clearly ask him, if it’s ready and the problem is “unsafe zone” making sure that it’s ready to be picked up, which he answered yes it’s ready. Well the nightmare, goes when the guy open his mouth on me like I owe him?!!!! . It just shouted on me multiple times about th unsafe zone??? H e l l l o?!!!, I just wanted to have a pizza dinner with my family, and that’s what I deserve???  Is that hard?? Well It clearly shows  is bad management, totally unprofessional crews, of course untrained employees!!! customer service is a huge absent!!!! I will never place my feet to this place AGAIN!!!! Of course I will despite my cc charge. I wouldn’t recommend, of course, anyone I know NOT TO GET NEAR THIS PLACE!!!! I will make sure that!!! You will be disappointed!!!! If there was O star I will go ahead and do that, since that the lowest, here you go. By the way “ It’s Unsafe to Walk in to this place” it’s safe where I live. Tnx.

I called this place to place an order and I waited 5 to 20 minutes. So, I called my mom to place an order and she waited for 20 minutes! Finally, she went inside and the worker put her on hold and never came back. So rude. Never order from here !
