I made an order online to be delivered on base because I had duty. Never had an issue with this location before but I couldn't get my order because they didn't have a driver to get through the gate. I will no longer recommend this location for any orders on the weekends. I may not order from here for a very long time now....

Wow where do I start, I ordered a pan pizza only to be sent a hand tossed pizza. I called customer service, they gave me a credit. I then tried to use my credit and order another pan pizza with that credit, only to recieve another hand tossed pizza . So I called customer service again and was supposedly given another credit. I tried using the credit to see if maybe they could finally get it right. Boy was I wrong. My credit was never given and I spent 50 minutes on the phone with customer service, talked to 5 ghetto supervisors. The last person I talked to was a again a ghetto guy named Jaimie who hung up on me. For a corporation worth millions if not billions to fail so many times is beyond me. All this for a $13 pizza that they couldn't get right. The fact that I was deliberately passed around from supervisor to supervisor and they still couldn't do anything for me or explain why or get anything right is an all time corporate epic failure. I have ordered from pizza hut once a week for awhile now and for a $13 pizza to cause me to never ever order from them again and have to write this review is pretty bad. All I wanted as a constant customer was for them to make the mistake that they made twice, right. They didn't. This goes to show everybody how they treat their customers and how they show a lack of value for us. So frustrated and point blank angry, I went to my location, shore drive va beach 23455 and the girl told me they put a red flag on our account not to allow any more store credits on our account. For her to tell me that, after corporate didn't after 5 ghetto supervisors, is crazy. She was very nice in fact. The only person that helped me get to the bottom of this was a person who makes pizzas and answers phones. Thanks out there, whoever you are. Pizza Hut should stop wasting their money hiring low life ghetto people in their corporate office and maybe take a step back and re-evaluate who they are hiring because not only is it a waste of money but it caused this review and for me to never order from them again. And whoever Jaimie is in customer service should be fired immediately. I personally am an executive chef, so I know customer service and this was beyond bad. Thank you pizza hut corporate for helping me save $13.98 a week, because I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere, and I will most certainly copy and paste this review on social media for the world to see so that other customers can avoid such disgusting service... re-staff, rethink, re-evaluate and be more careful who you hire to answer your phones.
