Bianca pizza is amazing. Was not a fan of their ravioli. However, their ziti is great. Not sure if the meatballs are homemade--either way, I enjoyed them. The bread was garlicy and cheesy. I eat here about once a week!

Tonight I ordered a deluxe philly cheesteak with extra onions and extra cheese, also a deluxe chicken philly cheesteak with extra meat and two sides, after an hour waiting for delivery I called and asked for the status of my order, it was lost and until I offered to come up there to show my receipt which I already paid for did it get found. I asked how much longer and the woman on the phone apologized that it would be another hour. An hour later the doorbell rings and it's our food! It's already been paid so we grab it and the delivery driver already left so once it was opened to notice it was 2 philly cheesteak and our 2 other sides instead of our chicken Philly I called. Once on the phone I got directed to the manager and he asked that we give him the Philly that was a mess up back and my correct one would be there in 15 minutes.... 20 minutes later the driver comes with the "correct" sub and I go to give him the incorrect one and he even said no I don't want it but gave it to him anyways knowing the manager asked for it... as I open and finally get what I've been waiting for... there was onions in the sub. The deluxe chicken sub calls for mushrooms, green peppers lettuce tomato cheese and chicken.. I was supposed to get double chicken no where was onions. Needless to say after over 2 hours of waiting and still getting the wrong item/ dealing with the staff I won't be eating here again.

I ordered through Yelp for the first time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The delivery time was 9:37pm.... I called to confirm, prior to ordering this would be correct, so I proceeded. After ordering, I waited 20+ minutes to ensure my order was received and called. Then, after my delivery time passed I called to check if it was on the way. Customer service is not their forfeit, but she (whoever answered the phone) assured me it was on the way. It arrived around 10pm.... wings COLD, salad open in the bag and sandwich so soaked in sauce/ dressing it couldn't be eaten. Maybe this place is on point for pickup, but delivery service sucked. I will never order from here again.

Pizza is decent. But wings are always small and dry. And the zeppolies are terrible by the time they get to you. By not venting them the powdered sugar is all goopy and they definitely don't look appetizing. Have ordered from here several times.
