The guy on the phone didn't seem to have very good English and after 3 attempts to add garlic knots to my order I said nevermind. Then when I got there they added an extra topping and then had to make me a new pizza. I said I'd pay half price for the pizza they made wrong and they agreed and instead took 20% off. I just paid and left without complaining again but I'm not making our family's pizza friday a pizza hut Friday! I usually love the pizza hut pizzas but the last ones were devoid of craved flavor. It's a shame! All they had to do was follow through with original deal.

Not only do they have AMAZING pizza, but they also have an amazing staff. Never once was I disappointed by them. Despite my late night cravings they always get here with a smile and sometimes get out a quick laugh when I'm in my pjs watching Harry Potter. Always a delight to order from here and I'm Pizza Hut loyal.

There pizza was delicious. They got 4 stars because there was only 1 girl running the counter. She was awesome and super friendly but waited a hour for a already called in order because there was only 1 girl

Would have gave 5 stars but waited in the drive thru for 20 mins (Never happened before and we love coming here 2 mins from home). Went inside and by then the pizza was cold. I asked manager "Why is there a long wait for the pizza?". She stated "We are short handed tonight." But did not offer to give me a hot pizza. My children were disappointed and so was I. Little Caesar's pizza next time even tho I hate it the kids love it..

BEWARE GO TO DOMINOS OR PAPA JONES! I have ordered for years at this location and it has been okay. I used the website to order and it told me 25 to 35 minutes. I waited 1:35 minutes. No problem I understand. Once my wife open the boxes the pizza was COLD I MEAN COLD. I have called 20 times and they have not answered! When you call and complain they are very condescending!
