Our experience here was a disappointment. I get the impression that the owner is trying to make more money for himself at the expense of the customers dinning comfort and experience. 
The building in general is not very well maintained, and it seems like the place is lacking in cleanliness. 
We requested that our pizza crust be the next one thicker than "thin crust" and what we received was, "I believe", one step down from the "Stuffed Crust". 
After we placed our order, the waitress soon brought out our plates, which were very cold to the touch. Soon our bread sticks arrived with the red dipping sauce, in small containers, perched on top. The sauce was so cold it seemed as though it had came directly out of the refrigerator without being heated up! YUCK!!!!
We normally would ask for a "to-go" box, for our left over pizza, but the pizza didn't taste that great, and we were already turned off enough, that we just left the extra pizza there.
Also someone from the kitchen was hollering information to our waitress from across the restaurant, and she would answer by rolling her eyes, and sighing loudly.
It just seems to me, and I've heard others say it, that if the manager would put a little more TLC into this restaurant, (in the way it looks, feels, and  is ran) that more people would go there, and this place would get more profit.

I've dined here several times over the past 2 years. This visit was at the request of my son and I'm regretting it before the pizza has arrived. The salad bar is stocked with vegetables that appear to be freezer burned. The lettuce is wilting. I expressed my concerns and the charge was offered to be removed from the check.

In the past I've witnessed a shouting match between a guest and a server from across the restaurant. The reaction from the server suggested it was not the first time this sort of thing has happened.

I have traveled all over this country and had many experiences with Pizza Hut.  This one is by far the worst, they can't deliver, they won't give you extra cheese, and they are just an awful business.  Whoever is owning this place needs to take care of their employees and customers because they can't keep them.  Save your money and get a frozen pizza at least then you'll know what you're getting and when you'll get it.
