I'm sitting here right after having them mess up my order. I ordered through the mobile app and they forgot an item so I backed out of the drive thru because if I would have waited by time I would've gotten my other item the rest would have been cold. So I am watching the guy go back on the food line and he's touching his beard with his gloves on and attempts to make my food!!!! Absolutely gross!!! I get the managers attention and asked for my money back as he's ringing up to return my money the same guy which still hasn't changed his gloves mind you is touching the till and proceeds to go back on the line still not changing his gloves. I explain again to the manager how gross it is and explained to him why and how unsafe it is. This didn't even phase him. He couldn't return my money because I used my debit card so I had no choice in taking the food. I asked the manager to remake everything due to the glove issue. I will never go back. The employees here need to retake there food safety course and realize how much  this can effect a person if they had health issues.

It's Taco Bell. First try at breakfast items. Mini bowl was tasty, good nutritional value, and inexpensive. Store was clean and bright. Didn't appear to be adequate staff for smooth operation.

I ordered a bean burrito and received a soft shell taco instead; the meat in the soft shell taco was cold. I had to wait around 5 minutes before I was notified I could place my order and waited an additional 10 minutes to receive my order. I was the only one in line at the drive through and there was no one in the restaurant.

I've finally been pissed off enough times to write a review of this location. The only things going for this taco Bell is: the hours, location, and it's a Taco Bell. Everything else about it is terrible. Food usually takes a while, while employees screw around. Employees are pretty rude. I've asked questions and gotten some pretty rude responses. I'm not sure what it is but half the employees look like tweakers. If you want to hear about someones life drama about they're baby daddy (an employee) while they wear their hat sideways, this is the place for you. All in all (for the most part) completely rude and unprofessional staff. I'm pretty sick of getting my order messed up or when it is right having a hard shell taco broken in 5 places, with no lettuce.

Only reasons why I come here is it's open late and close to campus. Honestly now it might be worth the drive to another taco Bell or I might as well go somewhere else.
