A few years back when this Pizza Hut first opened I found the pizzas to be often undercooked and the management rude and clerks rude over the phone. This store has always been very clean and still is. Over this last year, I have been very impressed with the food quality and the clerks politeness and friendliness. The male manager Seth has been nothing but helpful when I have had the occasion to speak with him. There are many other options for pizza in Winnie - out of those options, this is my favorite and I'm really glad to see this store doing so well. It will be my first choice of pizza in this town.

Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and they took our order right away and didn't take long to have our order ready. The store was pretty clean as well as the restroom. The location just happened to be on our way home from galveston TX.

You can tell there is no competition. Decent enough. Lots of little problems here and there as far as communication ordering and having it delivered, nothing that can't be fixed. They get your order right often enough, pizza is pretty consistent, always properly cooked. It's never burnt or doughy.

Manager yesterday was completely hateful. She is an absolute horrible excuse of a human. Rudest woman i have ever seen working in public. I feel sorry for anyone who would have to work there and tolerate her. I will never go back and i will make sure i let everyone in the area how terribly she treated me.
