No customers in when my daughter & I go to dine in. Tables dirty & the server say what would y'all like to drink, of course I say sweet tea. Then she say oh we are out of tea. I'm looking like what & ask how you be pizza hut & out of tea? Our appetizers comes after the pizza gets to the table; really? Then I hear they don't offer lunch buffet anymore. This place use to rock, but now I won't be coming back.

Absolutely poor customer service staff and company. Order and put in my information and process it then it ordered to an old address that is six years ago. Not going to make any more attempt to order from this franchise. I give it F

The delivery driver sat my food on the ground. Secondly, The boxes that contained my food looked like they came off the back of a freight truck. I ordered a med primo meat and received a med pepperoni and sausage. The cinnamon sticks I ordered were dry and hard. I really like Pizza Hut but I'm very displeased with the quality of service I received this time. I will not be calling in for delivery ever again!

Ehh, this Pizza Hut is ok. It’s convenient, because we go to milledgeville often, but it isn’t my favorite location. They are always extremely slow about getting your order out to you. We went two weekends ago and our silverware was dirty... like you could see crud on the silverware and they felt tacky and sticky. There is no way that I would of rolled that mess up and took it to a customer. We had never had their stuffed garlic knots and I asked the waitress if it was stuffed with mozzarella cheese or something else... since it didn’t have a description in the menu. The waitress replied with, “Kinda” and that was it. I mean that’s an easy yes or no question... The stuffed garlic knots were amazing, however, our pizza was not done. It was still doughy.

I really hate this location pizza hut i travel from out of town and i stoped here to get 2 pizzas took over a hour service sucks and i will be leting alot of people knw do not come here please
