Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. Their pizzas used to pool with cheese. It'd stretch and run and soak the crust with grease. Now cheese sparsely covers what little sauce they bother to add. The only thing left is a bunch of dry doughy crust. I'll try them again if they ever bring back the lunch buffet, but until then, even Little Cesar's is better than this.
This was about the best pizza hut experience I have ever had. The food was great. The service was great. The lobby and bathroom were clean. The manager there was serving and cleaning tables by herself. The place was quite busy. So she was quite busy but still very attentive. I would definitely go back to this location.
I went in for the first time since covid started. I wish they would lift some of the restrictions, but overall, it was a good time. We went for a quick dinner for my granddaughter's birthday, and the food was solid, by the way. If you want to know just how vital Pizza Hut is to the history of America, watch the show Food that Built America. I have a new respect for the HUT!
They never disappoint and are one of the very few restaurants open until 10 pm. I always order delivery and am always happy with their friendliness, quickness, and hot pizza.
Last night my wife and I celebrated a good work day with pizza and I wrote in the notes “make my wife’s wluv” and they cut the pizza into a heart! Excellent night we had a great laugh and loved the heart shaped pizza! Chicken Sausage and Bacon was great she loved it
This is what I got when I ordered a Detroit pizza. Where’s the sauce? It’s supposed to be on top of everything. What we got was cheese bread with vegetables. I tried it anyway, it was blah definitely missing “something “. Tried to call the restaurant and kept getting cut off. Very poor experience. Dominos from now on.
Should add a NO to the window...arrived at 7:00 pm employees on they're phones and standing in the back of the store. no dine in signs up.. miss when this place was packed with customers and can bring the buddies for a fun night .
Pizza not up to par at all on last night's order - dough flavor was flat made the whole pizza taste poorly. We ate 2.5 slices of 8 and pitched the rest. Chicken wings 6 for 11.75 almost no sauce wings were not even halfway covered with the sauce and there was so little sauce in the container that I couldn't even dunk them myself. Called manager to complain today. She had a negative attitude upon answering the phone before I even said a word raised her tone like she was too busy to deal with the call and then hemmed and hawed about giving me the full food discount for this items plus the chocolate chip cookie I paid for on a previous order that the driver dropped - which I told him to put a credit on my account, which didn't get done. Like I had to bargain to get the discount. Really!! Seriously super bad customer service. I suppose they don't need my business anymore, or yours. I probably won't be going back - it was that bad. Perhaps one of our hometown places will care more about keeping their customers when things don't go right.
Poor service, staff dont even acknowledged your presence. They have a drive thru for nothing, they always ask u to come in inside. Employees arguing in the middle of the restaurant, very unprofessional.
Pizza is fine. Drivers can't read addresses. My pizzas ended up five houses down. Luckily, the kids' father asked the kids first if they ordered. Drivers need to recognize number patterns. 655 is not the same as 665.
