This time the food was good. We had the corn dog and soft pretzels with cheese and a chili cheese hot dog. The pretzels ate the absolute best there! Oh i forgot i had a breakfast burrito there too this morning and it was very good The service this morning took a bit but was good. This afternoon was good. One suggestion though would be to have servers stop asking if you need you change back. For example today our change was a dollar instead of saying "ill be right back with your change" and giving us the chance to say "keep it" she said "do you need your dollar?" Apparently this is something most if the servers do most of the time. I personally find that sorta rude its like asking for a tip. Oh one last thingyour shakes look amazing but i cant eat them because they are dairy :- can you please do a non dairy shake? I really want to try the chocolate covered strawberry!!!!!! Vegetarian options: Tator tots are vegetarian right? And they are delicious! So are the pretzels!!!!! Dietary restrictions: Please offer a dairy free shake Parking: It is a dine in your car restaurant parking isnt a problem lol but could you bring back the tray that goes on the car window? Kid-friendliness: The kids meals look really cute
Workers here and food are fine, but the place is run down, bunch of the screens don’t work outside to pay at the screen and a bunch of the card readers also do not work on the screens that do work, so i end up waiting for the carhop to bring my card back instead of just being able to leave with my food. Doesn’t make things very efficient for the staff, i feel bad for them that you guys don’t keep up on this kind of thing better.
My spouse and my children tried to sit down for a nice lunch on a Saturday because their machines weren't working properly and it wouldn't read my husband's card The lovely manager Nate tried to along with his employee Vince, hold my children hostage and my spouse. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody at any time. This is the third time we've had to deal with their horrible customer service. I don't understand how Vince even has a job considering he treats people like garbage.
Love the onion rings! I consider them the BEST in Arizona!! Absolutely yummy!! +JMJ. UPDATE. Monday 19 September 2022. It has been years since I last ate at SONIC. Love their hamburgers and the onion rings. Though there are onion rings on the burger, they didn't have any as a separate order. That was OK because the fried onions on the burger were delicious. And, the French fries were piping hot. The burger was very good, just oozing with cheese. Was a good enough after work meal. Parking: It is very convenient to remain in the car because of availability of parking where orders are placed. Kid-friendliness: There are tables to accommodate on property dining with family. And, of course, there us the option to remain in one's car.
I've always enjoyed their food n drink especially the sonic blasts n cherry limeade burgers are dry and overcooked but that's all burger joints now..may be regulated for food safety but a 160 degree burger will be a hockey puck no matter who makes em..love the coneys and the tots,fries are ok but the cooking oil needs changed more often and the fries need to be cooked frequently at a higher temp as anything below 360 prefer 375 and you get greasy oily fries that will never truly crisp up as below those temps potatoes just soak up the oil instead of shedding it back to the cooking oil but that's not just sonic it's nearly all fast food burgers joints.. no serious problems..a little slow on service completion and mistake prone but it's mostly kids working so that's expected and likely very understaffed..all forgiveable and pretty good overall..no bad intent here just the whole truth..thx
Decent fast food. Clean and well-run Sonic with the usual excellent drink selection and pretty good food. My personal favorites are the mozzarella sticks, chili cheese tots and hot dogs. The toddler also loves the chicken strips and tots.
Last time I will eat here. Portions are smaller. Prices are very high. Sonic used to have food with flavor. Certainly not in this evening's meal. Tater tots were very salty. Classic chick sandwich tasted like cardboard. Just won't be back. lots of other eateries.Food: 1/5

We have decided to make Sonic our go/to for Xmas dinner! Great food and super kind ladies brought out our food fast! Love the can do attitude - tip cash !! These ladies work hard!Food: 5/5
Ordered a cheesecake shake or blizzard or what ever it is, they gave me an Oreo one..... constantly messing up my orders on a positive note, my husband went to grab a shake from one of the girls the other day and it fell, and without hesitation she said let me go get you another one, and she had it out to us in less than 90 second! Really wish I would have gotten her name, she was great!
