I ordered my pizza on the APP at 3:23 PM. The APP said my pick up order would be ready at 3:46. It wasn't ready until 4:35 PM. Over an hour later. I ordered and paid for black olives, pepperoni and mushrooms and they weren't on my pizza. When I asked where are my mushrooms and pepperoni they said that they don't have them. WHAT??? I wish I was told that on the app when ordering my pizza. Also... My pizza looks like it was kicked around the kitchen floor for a little while. When I asked about the condition of my pizza the cashier said "that's how they look". I have never seen a pizza in the shape of a flower before ‍ Totally disappointed with this pizza!!!
Ordered supreme pizza for delivery received instead pineapple pizza. Called to complain and waited 1/2 hour on hold and I hung up. And the Pepsi was warm! I expect you to make good on this!Food: 2/5
I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and it came out as if the worker just did a lazy job with it or didn’t care about it. Waste of money for this. Never going to order from this place again.Food: 1/5
I loved Little Cesar’s as a kid. Sadly, this experience changed my mind. I attempted to order online only to receive an error message to call the store. When I attempt to call the store, I am told they are not accepting phone or online orders and to try back later. Ok, not a problem. So I head to the store to order. When I arrive I am third in line and we all wait at least 5 minutes for someone to come upfront to take our order. I order 10 minutes after I arrive and am told 10-15 minutes for my order. Keep in mind the first guy hadn’t received his order yet. While I wait for my order, I hear the manager complaining about people not showing up on time to pick up their orders. People arrive to get their food out of the prepaid bins, but those aren’t working. It is another 15 minutes before someone comes back upfront to help the new customers either order or pick up their food. I finally receive my food 50 minutes after I order, an hour after I arrive. The pizzas had been sitting based on the condition of the boxes. The crazy bead had no toppings - it was just cooked dough. While I know the manager tried his best and his staff was young and inexperienced, it was a disappointing experience. I truly felt bad for the lady that showed up to interview and waited well over half an hour before she was even acknowledged. I hope they can get some training and improve their service.
This place is a tragedy of a pizza shop. I think that the employees hate their jobs more than a sewer sweep. You're never greeted. The pizza is never good. You'll always wait longer than you should. The good news is they are consistent.
I call i placed my order got there like 20 min latter my order was not found. I re placed my order 3 pizzas and pay. They took 1hr for my order and they just got me 2 pizzas and they were all wrong. And they were not busy at all. And the guy was so indifferent like he just dint care. We end up going home with 2 wrong pizzas. We are never going back to this place.
Order online by using the app. It is fast and easy to pick it up order of pizza, chicken wings and crazy bread, plus don't forget a drink. Two methods of getting your order by walking into building and using an automated system or the drive-thru. Friendy customer service. Public bathroom available. There is plenty of parking and a well lite parking lot.
By far the worst experience I’ve encountered in so long. I place an order for pick up at 5 to pick up by 545 I get to this location at 630 after work to find the lobby has been closed and they’re only doing drive through. After 35 mins in line I can’t wait any longer and just leave the line I came bay at 830 at night and there is STILL a line. When I get to the window, I give my name only to be told they didn’t have enough dough to make part of my order. I say it’s fine, I’ll just take the pizzas. After the employee looks she comes back to tell me they NEVER MADE MY PIZZAS BECAUSE PART OF THE ORDER WAS NOT GOING TO BE FILLED! Are you serious?! Not a call to inform me my order was being cancelled, nothing. Customer service here sucks. The last time I was here, they barely had enough supplies to make my order. I WILL NEVER step foot at this establishment ever again.
Basically stole our money. Pre-ordered 2 pizza puffs and a drink- simple task for a franchise, one would think. They couldnt find the order when I got there and then ended up telling me that the order had been already picked up. BY WHO? My FATA#% still hungry and now out 10 bucks. The people working there might be doing their best but unfortunately even with the bar dropped so low, their best is not even good enough. Out 10 bucks and still need to order food. Zero Stars, would not recommend. PS. REFUND WAS NEVER ISSUED, they never picked up the phone to issue a refund even though I tried to call multiple times to see how I could get my money back. Shame
Our cheese pizza hardly had any cheese on it! We even had 4 slices with 2" crust with no sauce or cheese. It was mostly breading. What is going on? Why did your establishment only sprinkle a little bit of cheese and call it pizza?! Don't you want your business to thrive? That's probably why there are hardly any customers.Food: 1/5
