The manager on 10/12/2024 at 7:06 pm Tell me that my transaction wasnt paid in full when I get charged $3.20 from my bank of uber eats card, he never give me my food, so I leave very disappointing customer, I work in the area where the restaurant is located and almost every day I go there to at least get one taco as my dinner, Im a working Mom and I feel this person treat me like a simple uber eats worker. So sad people like him get a manager position.
Whoever runs this location really needs to hire some people to work or shut down. This place is a madhouse no matter what time of the day you come because there's always two employees working. And those poor two employees have to handle the drive the counter and delivery orders. Customers aggravated people waiting for an hour delivery drivers leaving in a fuss. And as much as you want to get upset at the employees who are not great at multitasking, at the end of the day they are being asked to do an impossible job. Somebody has got to be able to find another employee or two to help
Friendly staff, cashier Wilson did a great job, provided a good service. Food was ok, I’ll recommend the chicken cantina chicken bowl. Tasty food!Food: 3/5
Just go next door to Chipotle next door. The portion sizes are pathetic here, there is no attention given to assembling anything that will remotely resemble the photos of food you ordered. For the money it’s just even remotely eating this garbage, stay away.. wild this location hasn’t gone under, Chipotle next door is so much better even on its worst days! Beyond disappointed with the meal, it’s been many years since I ate TB and won’t be for many more to come.

if I could give zero stars matter-of-fact negative stars then I would. Not only were the staff rude but they were the most clueless workers I have ever communicated with. They gave me the wrong order twice and I repeated it back to them three times. They did not refund me even though they said they did. They charged me twice, do not come here just drive the extra mile or two and go to a different Taco Bell because this is probably one of the worst fast food places in all of Florida.
