Waited a long time for our food we ordered garlic cheese bread and got plain garlic bread.which was cold. My husband ordered some pasta and that was just warm. I ordered honey bbq chicken sandwich which came out hard and cold. I was not impressed at all. The waitress was doing the best she could I'm not happy at all with this place

Food is warm 25% of the time, but every single time you order they forget items and take your money anyway. Poor customer service

My pizza is always spot on and the delivery drivers are so personable and pleasant to chat with. I dock a star because the restaurant misplaced my sandwich alot.

Employees should not share their social life  loudly enough for everyone to hear.  That and their opinions about their job and lack of initiative. The food was under cooked and we were treated like we were invisible will not be returning.

They forget items and mess up every order, not kidding when I say every single time. When you call to get your order fixed they give you issues about it.

Wonderful service! I can't wait to get home XD and staff was very patient and bubbly with me on the phone lol and while maps made it stressful and j worried I wasnt gonna make it before closing time I eventually made it, one waitress helped me find the entrance and gosh such nice ppl and I even recieved a courtesy call! They were gonna just give me a heads up they're closing soon and I noticed themwtting a family dining in finish their meal in peace and not just rushing them out because its closing time so awesome service, immaculate just the finest of dining

I ended up just telling the lady over the phone to forget my order after having to repeat my phone number 4 times.  Once she FINALLY got that correct, I then went on to tell her my order and she couldn't get my pizza order correct after having to repeat the order 3 times.  The last time I ordered pizza from this place it tasted like it was 2 days old and had been heated up.  I will no longer be going to the Pizza Hut in Carthage anymore.

Good food, fair prices, restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly .

Oh it was delicious and service was good pick up window.  We were excited to try the Detroit style and disappointed in the size.  It was tasty, no doubt, but we would have ordered two knowing they were on the smaller size.
