Placed an order for pickup on the app for a birthday party for 8 pizzas the night before we'd need them. The app, the website, and their door say they open at 10, so we placed it for 11 to give them plenty of time on a Sunday morning. No notice, no notifications, nothing, my wife goes to pick the pizzas up at 11 to find the door locked, lights off, parking lot empty, and the store empty. She knocked on the front door, the side windows, the back door, nothing. She called, still nothing. We had to use a different, better pizza place who actually rocked it. We got in touch with a supervisor who was less than helpful said that employees were clocked in and that he called and there were employees there, basically calling us liars. Annoyed on about ten levels with the service I use that word lightly here, the management what little there appears to be of any, and the functionality of the app no notifications. A failure on all fronts. Use other pizza services. Heck, even the cheap frozen pizzas eaten raw would be a better option. At least they got us our money back, so the only thing they stole from us was time and sanity.
Waited over an hour and this is 2nd time our pizza has came dry and almost no sauce. The moisture it has is grease from the pepperoni. Our specialty pizza fared a bit better this time but it was my kids asking for pizza and theirs was the one ruined. Delivery drivers are always fast and very friendly at least.
Pizza was ready on time and hot, tasted great. I liked the pickup window.
Pizza was hot and fresh. Would've given 5 stars, but they force you to pay for cheese and peppers now. I can't imagine a couple of packets would ruin their margins.
Had to wait to be seated, staff member said she needed to clean a table for us , there were 3 tables occupied with customers when i walked in. Salad bar was either empty or had gross veggies in the container. In stead of verity 1st round out of the oven was all thick crust..25 min later all thin crust. Had to track down some one for water refill for my pregnant daughter. Cashier had her back to me, she was looking at the kitchen and not the dinning room.
While visiting the Carthage MO area, we chose to have Pizza Hut delivered to the rental property, where we were staying. Our order was made exactly as ordered. It arrived in a timely manner. The young man who delivered the pizza was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.
Perfection!! I do miss dining inside and I hope that comes back soon.
Good people and good food. Deals are a little wonky but management goes above and beyond with their staff!
Placed an order via the app, no problems. When I went to pick up my order, I sat at the window for several minutes before someone approached. They asked for my name, which I gave, then they walked away. Another few minutes goes by and the same person asks for my name again, which I gave again. After another minute or so, a new employee opens the window and tells me they are out of pan crust and have to make one of my 2 pizzas with another crust. That should have been handled as soon as I arrived. I then had to wait for my 2nd pizza for well over 20-25 minutes and when I received it, it was cold and not well made. I was also not offered a refund or any compensation for the awful service and product. Clearly, better management is needed. I could tell many other customers also were having issues with their orders as well while I waited for mine.
My meal was cooked perfect tonight. Thank you guys.
