The reason why we switched is because this store still has curb delivery service. My wife and I are handicapped and getting out of the car, negotiating the parking lot, other people and carrying the pizza back is a big deal for us. The crew is right there when we hit the "arrived" link and always have big smiles. Which is also why we always hit the "tip link" in the checkout. BTW, ordering and paying on the app is easy and the pizza tastes great.
I always order from this Pizza Hut and my food is always good, but not this time. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and I was very disappointed. The pizza was super flat and it was hard crunchlike pieces on the bottom. The stuffed crust was liquid like and it dripped out of the pizza. The stuffed crust cheese looked exactly like their cream cheese icing and had the same texture. I tried some of the stuff crust and it tasted like it was not done all the way. The pizza literally was breaking apart from the crust and turned mushy like. Never ever eating here again!
*Update* pretty disappointed this time around. Ordered the holiday box, wanted one pizza cheese and one with pepperoni and sausage even if it meant paying extra to get both on the same one. Told we weren't allowed to do it. So we went with one pepperoni and the other with sausage on flat crust, very disappointed on both points. The restaurant is a little hard to find, it's located inside a large building surrounded by other shops. Service is pretty good, however some of the employees seemed to be distracted rather than helping customers. Pizza and cheese sticks were delicious. Good price for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and cheese sticks.
I'm not sure if it's new management, equipment or employees but we have order here the last 3 times and the food was delicious. There has definitely been some sort of improvement and the delivery drivers are so kind and professional. Thanks for the change at this location
Don't put on peace of the topping on each slice and get mad when they ask why it has so little of the toppings and tell me thats the serving size of the toppings when I order at least one or two times a month at a different pizza hut and they have never put so little of each topping but the guy that have me my order was supper nice and helpful when I open the wings and some of them didn't even have the sauce he went and put some without me having to ask
No face mask of male employe , the manager and the the ladies are rude / do not show the pizza before they handout to customer no customer satisfaction in mind
I prefer the hand tossed pizzas, in my opinion the Moreno Beach store tosses the best pizza in Moreno Valley California and they accept EBT/SNAP Cards too! I'm giving the Moreno Beach Pizza Hut a 5 rating for making the best pizzas and extremely fast service 15 minutes in town.
I wanted to call in my order only to find out I can only place my order online. It didn't make sense, but I placed it online anyway and it was an easy pickup. The food is your typical, average pizza, but their breadsticks are yummy.
The pizza did not taste good. Very strong taste of spaghetti type sauce and there was not enough toppings placed on the pizza and the pizza was not even cut and when trying to cut the pizza into slices of pizza the pizza fell apart. If our family cannot get a good pizza from pizza hut we will start purchasing our pizzas from Round Table Pizza in Moreno Valley, Ca.
Their fast service and reasonable prices are a plus, but, the reason why I am giving this store a 5 rating is because their hand tossed pizza is the best I've had in Moreno Valley. They also accept Calfresh SNAP/EBT card.
