Every single time I’ve come here they are out of chicken and say it’s going to take a half an hour or more to cook some. You’re a chicken place why don’t you keep chicken going all the time? I haven’t went here in years because of this and decided to try it one more time and ordered it online 45 minutes ahead of time and when picking it up they still did not have it ready. If you have an order coming in online why would you not start more chicken. That’s like going to In-N-Out Burger and them saying sorry we don’t have any burgers available. I love El Pollo Loco chicken but I will never go there again.

We love their double tostada salad and I'm thankful for the coupon app to save money cause it gets expensive. I also enjoy their chicken noodle soup. Can't wait for Christmas Menu always so yummy!Food: 5/5

We love Pollo loco the green salsa is the best. We enjoy getting the family meal or the chicken tostada with avocado  so yummy and delicious every time!

Today. Thanksgiving the Moreno Valley location supposed to be open 10- 5. Husband went to get additional food. They were closed. Never opened. If I thought the management cared. I email corporate. But it’s obvious they don’t.

Most times food is correct & good every now & then they give us the wrong chicken or forget something from our order. The staff isn't the friendliest at this location at least during dinner time.Food: 3/5

It's the worse El Pollo Loco I've ever been to! I live in Moreno Valley and it's close  to my house and whenever I go it's a long line so I'm thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken is always dry, cold and burnt! This time I got a chicken bowl and same thing disgusting!!!  I even try to fix it up and make it taste better but it was still bad.  And the churro are  greasy and not really  churros I will not be going back anymore!!! I wish I can give them no stars

Been to this location in the past, before the Pandemic, that visit was good. Today I asked for strictly Pico De Gallo salsa don't like any other but I was informed by the cashier that rang me up that they didn't have it when I saw her grabbing only House Salsa. She said that it was because they didn't have cilantro, yet one of my orders included Cilantro dressing. Another employee said she hasn't seen Pico De Gallo since she started. I went to the Pollo Loco in Riverside last week and they didn't have Pico either. I asked for Chiles Serranos which they did have as well as onions to my understanding the only condiment that would be missing would be cilantro aside from the fact that they also add oil to it. Because I know guacamole salsa is made with the same oil just not to my liking your chicken just doesn't taste the same without what I would like... it's a shame that the salsa bar is more then likely never coming back to let us know if to order or not because of what we looked forward to that isn't available.

If I could leave 0 I DEFINITELY would. Never order the Chicken Tostada Bowl I order the Double Chicken one and still received the amount you get for the non-double I’ve gone in twice to complain and they agreed it wasn’t drive thru ask the cashier if it’s double because it looks the same as regular “she’s days I give you what I give you I’m the cashier not the cook” I ask her to give let someone else know this isn’t the amount for double theres barely any chicken then she says “I’m giving you what I give you” that’s absolutely ridiculous on TWO occasions already I’m not given what I PAID FOR and ONE occasion the cashier didn’t want to help me and pretty much  told me to leave. I can’t believe they don’t just give me my moneys worth to begin with and I can’t be believe the customer services I received in drive thru 9/26/22 at 12:45pm the cashier was a heavier Mexican lady wearing glasses the receipt says Daisey H. It was ridiculous I kept giving them chances and over and over and no improvement I get your busy I worked fast food too but give the customer what they pay for and let me not forget to mention not giving me tortillas that went with my boyfriends combo!

So I ordered food online from here for lunch. I got the 3 taco platter and a churro. Price wise it wasn't a bad deal. My problem is that the tacos were juts ok the mango passion tea was not good. The churro didn't even have cinnamon sugar on it. I'm sad because it used to be so good.

We live near a El Pollo Loco, BUT we normally drive for this one couple miles farther, this trip little different the girl behind the counter really messed up the order but the manager stepped in and straightened everything out , the food was super good, no old and dry chicken here all was moist and juice full of flavor that's why we come to this one
