The food was hot , fresh , and delicious. Customer service could improve as far as not ignoring calls and giving accurate feedback.
Went in and was met by someone who didn't appear to care whether or not we were there, and told us to sit anywhere. He left and no one came over to ask if we wanted something to drink, which worked out fine since all they have were bottled drinks and I refuse to eat at a place that does that; especially a chain restaurant. We got up and left...never to return. Go elsewhere for your pizza.
our server was such a sweet and patient young lady. I don't remember her name but she had dark hair. someone please give her a raise and promote that young lady. she was so attentive and so incredibly kind!!!!
I love to visit and eat at Pizza Hut South Padre Island, because I like to eat chicken wings and the Stuffed Crust Pizza, and... I really love SPI, so... everything in the same place.
What a disaster! I called in to place an order, and when I asked the lady on the phone for the specials she told me to order online for better prices. Okay, so I completed order online and had a “ready time” of 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins later and there was a line out the door. People were waiting to place orders, be seated, with no one to attend to us. I made my way to the front of the line and my pizza was still not ready. After waiting an additional 15 minutes the couple who were still waiting to be seated ask an employee: “can we seat ourselfs”? She replied “ uno momento “ and continues to run to the kitchen with empty hands passing dirty tables for the 3rd or 4th time. The couple then looks for a table to sit at but every empty table was dirty. Had that employee been conditioned with “full hands in/full hands out method” this situation wouldn’t have happened. Fed up the couple just leaves after waiting 20 mins just to be ignored. I finally received my pizza and it’s not at all what I ordered. My order was pepperoni and bell peppers, onions on the lefts mushrooms on the right. The pizza I received was all the ingredients thrown on the whole pizza plus sausage. Obviously this place has poor leadership and needs more structure.
Late night delivery was perfect! I received yummy hot pizza and the driver called me right away to confirm the condo address. Sometimes drivers get lost on the island and take way too long....not pizza hut!
The ambiance was good. The food was delicious . The service was excellent. It is located on the strip, plenty of parking space. The rest rooms were very well maintained.
We ordered online, flawlessly, and the pizza arrived quicker than promised, was steaming hot and delicious. Other pizzas on the island have upset my stomach, but never Pizza Hut. Don't forget Pizza Hut!
Our server, Diana was very patient with out big group of 8. She got our orders right and very friendly. Great attitude from all staff. The pizza was great, the wings great, the cheese sticks great.
Unable to place on line orders, calls go to a call center where people don't understand what you're saying and take your orders wrong... Contacted main store and services was as bad, only the poor driver was helpful.
