I've tried calling last week and so did my sister, but they would answer then put us on hold or hang up on us. But since we're craving pizza Hut this week too, I tried to place an order online and call to confirm the order. They finally answered the line when you press that you have a pending order, not new order is what we noticed. So I confirmed my order and got there before I had requested for pickup. The guy who helped me was friendly. He answered my questions about the new item in the menu they have and because he said it's good, I added it to my order with his help. I told him I would have to go next door to get groceries, but I parked in the pickup. He said it wasn't a problem because he can bring it out to my sister who is waiting on the car. So, I went next door, did my shopping and came back. Less than 8 minutes later after coming back, and he came to give us our dinner to the car. It smelled delicious. Wasn't greasy. Both my Dad and I split the new pizza item. Looks like a crusty pizza and folded in half. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted another one. The breadsticks were good too. I am not sure if they were supposed to be cut into lines, but mine were all together. Either way, everything tasted delicious and we finished it all. I just hope they would answer the phone more often so we can enjoy their pizza more. I included a picture of the pizza which was not greasy. Tasted great!
This good review is for Melissa for taking my order. I just moved into a new place, she was patient with trying to assist me while on the phone as I was looking for my address. As well as taking answered all my question’s about the special deal’s for pizza. She was patient, polite, and friendly. To me that is customer satisfaction. Pizza was on time, and theses 5 star’s go out to Melissa.
This store is awesome from day one visit to last night where we had one of the best customer service from a young woman who took our request at splitting the check to pay 2 ways with a smile suggested a better way to go about it and made our picking up or order fun and pleasant as it could be, The food was perfectly cooked ,hot and exactly what we ordered. Offering us napkins and plates was a awesome surprise with most fast food establishments having huge signs that state if you don't ask for condiments, napkins, straws ect you don't get them nor do they ask you as they shoving the product in your face closing the window. So being asked if items are needed was really great. Again above and beyond at this store seems to be the motto ,something that is hard to find more and more these days.Bravo Bravo Bravo to Pizza Hut Alvarado Ave EL Cajon Ca to their great staff, great food and great service. The management team is obvious a great one as well .Thank you for making take out a great experience again!!!
First off I love what pizza hut used to be and the last few pizzas from this location were sloppily made with no toppings and 40% bland crust Yesterday I decided to give them one more shot and I do mean I never would have returned if it was what I've previously had at this location and all of SD locations To my absolute shock i haven't had a pizza this perfect looking since pizza hut sit down experiences in the 1990s the pizza looked like it could have been in a commercial. the crust was perfectly portioned and plenty of toppings. Evenly neatly sliced and the breadsticks were the fluffiest and crunchiest batch i've had in nearly two decades. Please keep this quality control up its the only reason I and others stopped going
Have just eaten the worst pizza that I have ever had. From Pizza Hut, little, if any marinara sauce, and very little in the way of toppings, pepperoni and sausage, delivered by Door Dash. I shall not be going back to Pizza Hut. Donald Sully.
We ordered pizza for curbside pickup from the Pizza Hut at 1255 Avocado Ave and had a great experience. No issues with the app and it said our food would be ready in 15 minutes. Parking spots were clearly marked and available. Once we parked and confirmed our arrival, our food came out within 2 minutes. The server was very friendly and cheerful. The food was nice and hot. We will definitely be back.
They send the wrong pizza, I called, the guy that answered the phone was only taking orders only figures, he sent me to the manager which I waited for over 16 minutes. never again, little cesar won!
I ordered pizza, it was hot when it got here. The cheese pull was there too!! Yummmm
When I arrived my food was hot, fresh, and ready to go. Destiny, who I believe is the person in charge, greeted me with a friendly hello and processed my payment. She has great customer service skills. I always feel welcomed when I order here
we did a pick up order and were charged just for them to tell us that although we are charged it didn’t go through in their system and wanted to charge us again
