I found hair ‍ inside my pizza cheese and it was so disappoint. I almost vomit my self. Bad experience of my life.
Food sucked but more importantly they will not disclose that they use a 3rd party doordash to deliver so beware! It's not pizza hut delivering.
I will not visit this puzza hut location again as employee was rude at the counter and was more interested in talking to his friends about how he overspeed his mustang and has radar detector in his vehicle rather than attending customers. Everyone was waiting for him to check out while he is telling stories of his mustang to his peers.
The pizza was undercooked, and cold. The cheese was not melted. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were cooked perfectly. I would not advise anyone to order pizza from here. I tried to call over 5 times to speak to the manager and the call center kept picking up and transferring me to the manager whom never picked up the phone. Such a waste of money.
They say they deliver but they don’t I ordered and payed for a large pizza for my family and they never delivered. An hour of waiting later my mom called to see why it’s taking so long only for them to hang up mid sentence while she was talking. The rudest pizzeria we have ever had the displeasure to talk to. Theirs a Domino’s nearby we recommend that pizzeria or anything else other than this Pizza Hut. I wish I could put 0 stars but 1 is the lowest.
Future Order on line was for 6:00pm, walked in the door @ 5:59 my name was called, picked up and walked out the door in under 30 seconds. Great
Pizza Hut has steeped up their game here in NJ. Very pleased with all around service with my latest order ,12-2022
The hand tossed pizza I ordered was over cooked, the green peppers and onions were burnt, and the bacon was so dried out from being over cooked it was like eating little Peebles. Ended up throwing it out because no one would eat it. Maybe if they cooked the pie and paid more attention I would give it a higher rating. This was my first bad experience with this Pizza Hut.
This is one of the better location's I think I overheard the employees name was Bryce? He did a fantastic job.
It had been awhile since we had the Hut and it was surprisingly good. Only down side is pan crust is very greasy. Very yummy, but definitely going to have to be a rare treat.
