Timing was as mentioned: 20 minutes. Service was a little sad. I understand they're busy around 5pm, and at least they acknowledged me, but I was a little disappointed that I waited 5 minutes for them to finally ring me up after I had already ordered online. The guy then taps his fingers at me rushing me to fill out a tip (not sure why there was a tip section). It was overall a perty crummy experience. But the pizza is good, so. . . Forgivable.

Very very very slow. I literally was the only person in there when I ordered, told it would be 20 minutes. It was over 40 minutes until the waitress asked about my order. Won't go there again, there are other pizza places in town.

The pizza does not have the same appeal it had years prior. Pizzas don't have enough sauce, cheese does not taste like a good melted cheese; actually almost no flavor. I usually ask for extra sauce and cheese, but I don't think that order has been filled but 1 time in 5 visits.

This has been the worst delivery experience I've had in a long time. Ordered from the app at 6:40pm, nothing until 8:00pm, I call the store they put me on hold four times to speak to a manager for 5-10min each time, and finally they told me that they don't have the order, and had the audacity to ask me how they are supposed make it if they don't have it. Seriously Pizza Hut, you suck big time!!!
