Our food came pretty quickly, despite being busy. I had a salad with chicken, raspberry vinaigrette,  and blue cheese. I believe the dressing was homemade - it was delicious. The chicken was cold when the food came out and was a little on the dry side, but, it didn't bother me to the point of not being able to eat it. I still enjoyed it. My mom ordered the walleye sandwich, which was HUGE, and offered me a taste. I would highly recommend the walleye sandwich. Very good! My husband had an upscale mac n' cheese dish, which he also said was good.

Drink specialties were terrible . Sent a so called Rusty nail back..after I received the walleye ( just in case). The Rosa walleye and accompanying sides were so greasy ! I felt like I was eating grease with some bits of foodshould have been food that would have been good for me.
Well at least I was able to cross it off my list to try. 
I'll leave on a good note. I liked how small the pieces were chopped up in the salad. I think I'll give it one more star for that.As well as the mediocre service.
I had been looking forward to this due to the locals recommendations. Go ahead and skip it, unless you do like everything greasy. Bummer, what a let down.

We were seated fairly quickly but once we got to the table it was over. Our waiter didn't bother giving us his name we ordered an app to start. after over half an hour we received it without any comment from the server. We got the rings and wings combo the wings tasted off. The server looked at us a few times then would walk away. He never asked how the food was or if he could get us refills or anything else to eat. We didn't even get a thank you when he brought the check. It was the first time I have ever not tipped a waiter. We will not be recommending or stopping in to this location any time soon.

I was really looking forward to having a bowl of Grandma's "famous wild rice soup." When the soup came, nothing about it read homemade. It was gray in color, and didn't taste like much. Huge disappointment. Price of the dish did not warrant the experience.

This place is a bit pricey, but the portions are very generous, so I've never felt I was over paying. The menu selection is impressive, and everything I've tried I've liked, but my personal favorite is the walleye sandwich. Be warned, though, it's HUGE! My husband & I can share it and still get full :)
