I just want to start by saying, l LOVE Pizza Hut! But this time around I was completely disappointed with the service and food quality. My kids and I were expecting a great pizza loaded with cheese and toppings. The pizza claimed to be hot and crispy instead it was soggy and poorly handled by the driver. The driver short with me and rude. When I told him to keep the change for a tip, “He said thanks a lot!” in a condescending tone. I have him a $12 tip! I thought that was generous! Especially since it took him almost an hour to get to my place, after the website claimed they would deliver in half the time. I gave it 2 stars because the wings were good. I will not be ordering from there again.

ESTHER, Charged us double for an $11.00 dinner box. She embarrassed my fiancé and said he didnt have any money in his card when we clearly did. It was the machines fault, she said it has happened before but yet she made us feel at fault. We called and she picked up and we asked for her name she didnt want to give it to us or let us talk to the manager when we asked to speak to him. Luckily we still had our receipt. She was rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working with customers if thats the way of her attitude. AND WHEN ASKED FOR A NAME YOUR SUPPOSE TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A NAME!! I have never had a problem with pizza hut before. I am a pizza lover 🍕 and order here all the time but because of ESTHER i dont know if i will order from this location again.

This branch NEVER has wings available. Its almost on par with McFlurries at how unavailable they are.

Young lady making pizza tonight needs to learn to use gloves. I asked why she is not using gloves and this is her response "I don't wear gloves". At what point is Pizza Hut going to shut this place down.
