Amazing service and quick to. Made me feel right at home. The only thing I would recommend is wipe the chairs and booster seats down they were a little dirty which was an easy fix but still a eye sore.

Wow just wow. (Negatively) We had a bad experience last time but I tried again today and the service is horrible !!!! We ordered pizza , breadsticks , wings and a drink. After 15 min we only got our pizza and I assumed the rest of food was still cooking. We were half way done with our pizza and still nothing! Not even drink so I had to get up myself and ask for my drink and ask about my food. After 5-10 min passed they came over and asked what we were missing. By then we finished the pizza and needed a refill on drink. They finally gave us the rest of our food and as we walked out no one said anything to us. There was no reason for them to “forget” our food because there was only two other families there and I heard and saw a lot of the workers just standing around and laughing. Everyone’s attitude was not welcoming even as we walked out there were girls “sweeping” but they were just talking and walked passed us as we left. Horrible ! Never again!

I've always had good service here but today they mixed up our order and didn't even bring the rest of the food just the pizza even though I had already told them. I had to get up and tell them again the restaurant was kinda empty too. One of the girls just ignored us like she didn't care the other one was the only one doing something but still Im very disappointed. Oh and they came just once to see how we were doing.

WHERE DO I BEGIN???? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE , THE VERY WORST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! From the very beginning I arrived 10 mins to open (11) am and they were almost 7 mins late opening the doors, then what caught my attention was the sign $9.999 buffet , so cool I thought. WRONG!! THE FOOD WAS NOT OUT UNTIL 11:30 and it was only 2 types of pizza, bread Sticks, dipping sauce and a desert pizza, all of it cold and the cheese was not totally melted... then the server whom arrived late never came around to refill my drink, and blatantly ignored me when I wanted to order Wings.. I had to go to the counter to order my food and when i asked for a refill she attempted to refill my cup that was old waterdown soda and ice and the gentlemen at the counter had to tell her to refresh the cup.. Pizza has been a national brand and should be ashamed of this below horrible sub-par service, food quality and I would not forsee Pizza hut being a front runner in the food and beverage industry .. You should be ashamed!!!!

We went around dinner time. So not many people were there on a Sunday. Staff were nice but we waited awhile to get seated and have them take our order. They could really see us waiting or sitting at our table so I think it's understandable when it isn't busy.
