The last time I visited this haven of birrias decedents I met the owner and stayed way pass closing. It was truly a honor to meet the man. This time around I visited in the afternoon and the difference was night and day. The Manager/Cashier made no eye contact accept with his phone. The same phone that he pretty much stayed on the whole time I was there. As far as the cooks go, one could be mistaken for a zombie apocalypse because of the pace he was moving at. The second cook must be the disgnated the pot stirrer, because that's all she did besides stay on the phone. At one point the manager and female cook stood together to compare text as the line was getting longer. Just goes to show your only as strong as your weakest link.

Small place and rude workers. We went during the morning looking to eat the birria tacos. We was not seated so we chose our seat being that the restaurant was empty. Only to be told to move because we blocked the way. After the man asks if we want a high chair I said yes and he continues to ask when clearly I said yes he walks away giving us a rude face expression. We got up and left. We don’t need eat at places like this. Explains why it was empty.

Service was slow and awful. Waited for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Waitress suggested an appetizer since it was going to be awhile for our food to be prepared. She was trying to convince me to try a cheese dip,which I had to decline four times. I ordered chips and salsa and was very disappointed. Got 2 basket a chips and they were all broken and was basically crumbs. Chips were definitely not house made. Most likely it was the crumbs left on the bottom of the bag. My consome was cold. Bad experience. Gave it two stars because the michelada was ok.

The Tacos did not have much flavor. Bsides that I went for pick up and the young girl forgets to put forks and napkins. I make a fuss because we were going to eat the tacos at the park.

Decent place. If your in the neighborhood. The beef birria needs a little more flavor. Service was good.
