Will never eat there again. Ordered online with a coupon they couldn't make half my food because their fryer was down. Instead of calling me they just brought me the food they could make and removed the coupon so my order came to a few bucks less. The girl on the phone told me I could take my tip away from the delivery driver if I wanted. I wasn't about to take money away from someone who drove their own car to my house to bring me food. I told her they should have called and told me before so I could have ordered more food. She said sorry they didn't get around to it and took $5 off. It's a joke! They screw up on the management end and then try to get me to take away the drivers tips!!! I'm calling Pizza Hut corporate tomorrow and I hope that they clean house with the management! Add on (2 months later): I recently had an incident we're the local Domino's messed up my order. They called me and offered me double the part that they screwed up as a credit. This is why I don't stop using Domino's. I stopped using Box Elder Pizza Hut because they blame management problems on delivery drivers like toddlers blame their kids shows ending on the adults in the room. I am still furious with whatever person I spoke to for trying to take that drivers tip away from her. Who does that? I did talk to corporate. They called me back and I told them it would be years before I ordered from that Hut again. It's not only unprofessional behavior it's indecent human behavior. I hope that they fired the girl who did that or at least demoted her. Who trys to take money away from a coworker and sleeps at night. I hope she reads all of this. I've been a manager and a delivery driver and you are a jackass.

Won't be ordering from here ever again. My boyfriend and I live 2 miles away from this Pizza hut and the two times we have ordered, we received our food extremely late. They tell us 45-50 minutes, but it's usually an hour and a half. If you are ordering from here, call to order an hour before you're hungry. I'm sure if we ordered from Rapid City's Pizza hut, we would receive it a lot faster. Worst Pizza hut I've dealt with.

Ordered at 630 and still haven't received my order and it is now 800. The last time I ordered here the food took almost 2 hrs and came cold and soggy. Thought I would give them a second try but will never order here again.

This is the second time your driver has showed up without change. The first time I said things happen and your driver got a 12.00 tip. This time I had to give a 14.00 tip to your driver to get my food. I will never order pizza from you again. As a local business owner you should know better. Give your drivers change.

Since this is the only place in Box Elder that delivers we order here often even though the service sucks. Order is ALWAYS wrong, and their fryer has been broken for over a week. We always get the wings but they have been unavailable for over a week due to their equipment being poorly monitored and out of order. You guys are lucky you’re the only place in Box Elder, otherwise I’m sure you’d be out of business.
