We ordered dinner at 5:40 pm. We ordered online. It said delivery time would be 70 to 80 minutes. We were willing to wait. At 8:10 pm I called to find out what was going on. I was told "our delivery time online is different than our actual delivery time. The delivery time is Three hours". I cancelled our order. We have a hungry child who has been doing his best to wait patiently for his dinner. Needless to say, we will not be spending our hard earned money at Pizza Hut in the future.

The rudest staff ever! 40 minutes after placing my delivery I called to see where my food was. And was found with horrible attitude and then without even being notified they gave me the manager who is equally as rude and told me since the stock show is in town that it can take up to an hour but that it's just coming out of the oven and the latest it should be here 6:41 so it's only going to be 5 minutes or so later than that. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even speak to me. I will never order there again! What atrocious customer service!

Called a dozen times to make a order some lady answers and says please hold and hung up . I drove there to make my order!
